Welcome to Starling Solutions! By subscribing to one of our plans, you agree to the following terms:

What's Included

• Up to 100 A/R invoices sent to your customers per month.

• Response time: 3-4 business days.

Feather

• Up to 300 A/R invoices sent to your customers per month.

• Bi-Weekly A/R Report delivered to you by the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month.

• Secure file handling + invoice backups.

• Monthly statements delivered to customers by the 5th of the following month.

• Priority email & messaging support for questions related to your invoices or reporting.

• Response time: 2-3 business days.

Wing

• Up to 750 A/R  invoices sent to your customers per month.

• Weekly A/R Report delivered to you by Thursday.

• Secure file handling + invoice backups.

• Monthly statements delivered to customers by the 5th of the following month.

• Custom reports upon request.

• Priority email & messaging support for questions related to your invoices or reporting.

• Response time: 1-2 business days.

Flight

• Up to 1000 A/R invoices sent to your customers per month.

• Weekly A/R Report delivered to you by Wednesday.

• Secure file handling + invoice backups.

• Monthly statements delivered to customers by the 5th of the following month.

• Custom reports upon request.

• Early access to new tools or features.

• Highest priority email & messaging support for questions related to your invoices or reporting.

• Response time: same day or next business day.

Payment Terms:

• Billed monthly on the same day each month.

A 30-day free trial is available for first-time clients. No payment information is required to begin your trial. Seven days before your trial ends, you’ll receive an email prompting you to enter billing details. If no payment method is added by the end of the trial, your plan will simply expire without charge.

• Payments are non-refundable once a new billing period begins.​​​​​​​​

 

Scope of Work:
• All plans cover Accounts Receivable (A/R) invoice creation and sending based on the information you provide.
• You are responsible for submitting invoice details in a timely, organized format (e.g., text message, spreadsheet, email, form submission).
• Plans do not include collections follow- ups, extensive customer communications, bookkeeping beyond invoicing, or tax filing.

• Basic customer communication is available upon request—for example, sending a follow-up email to confirm receipt of an invoice or resending a missed invoice. However, we do not manage collections or ongoing client correspondence on your behalf.

• We provide payment status updates based on your invoicing platform. If you’re using software like QuickBooks or Xero, we track payments directly. If not, we’ll work with you to log payments manually so nothing falls through the cracks.

Fair Use Policy:
• If you frequently exceed the invoice limit of your plan, we’ll reach out to          recommend upgrading to a higher- tier plan to ensure consistent service quality.
• Abuse of the plan (e.g., trying to skirt the limit by batching or segmenting beyond fair intent) may result in paused service or termination.

Cancellation Policy:
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current month’s fee.
• If you cancel mid-month, you’ll still have access to service through the end of your billing period.

Confidentiality:
Starling Solutions handles all client data with strict confidentiality. Select support functions, including security and automation, may be fulfilled by a trusted third-party contractor and through the use of AI tools, which may process client data solely to perform agreed-upon services.

By using this service, you consent to limited data access by Starling Solutions, its contractor, and AI systems for operational purposes only. No data will be sold or disclosed beyond what’s necessary to deliver and protect your bookkeeping services.
